The Xuan Tam 4 Hamlet Cultural House Central Park has a total area of over 7,000 m², located in the center of the residential area, next to Hiep Luc parish, creating favorable conditions for people to have fun, exercise and participate in community activities. The project includes many main items: children's playground, community activity yard, walking path, trees, landscape, and the Xuan Tam 4 Hamlet Cultural House - a highlight project, which is a place to organize cultural activities, people's meetings and mass art and sports movements. The total investment of the project is estimated at over 4 billion VND, all contributed by businesses and people.

The central park not only beautifies the new rural appearance but also contributes to building the cultural and spiritual life of the people. When completed, the project will be a landscape highlight, a place to organize cultural and sports events of the commune, contributing to the goal of building an increasingly civilized and prosperous commune.

After completing the project, the Commune Administrative Service Center has a total area of 250m², invested in comprehensive upgrade with modern style, scientific space arrangement, friendly and in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

In particular, the Xuan Hoa Commune Public Administration Service Center will be equipped with electronic devices, management software and a modern file receiving system, helping people and businesses easily look up, submit and receive administrative procedure results quickly and transparently.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Xuan Hoa Commune People's Council Ta Quang Truong emphasized: "This project is not only an investment in infrastructure but also contributes to improving people's satisfaction and trust.
