The Congress consulted and elected the Executive Committee of Dong Nai Logistics Association, term I, 2025-2028, with 32 members and the Standing Committee of 11 members. Mr. Phan Dinh Canh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Hoa Canh Production - Trade - Service Co., Ltd. was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Dong Nai Logistics Association.

Dong Nai Logistics Association was established as an organization representing enterprises in the transport, logistics and seaport sectors in Dong Nai. The Association has the goal and mission of building a model connecting enterprises - government - logistics infrastructure to improve the efficiency of goods coordination. Specifically assigning tasks to develop logistics services in Dong Nai province, associated with digital transformation, distribution centers, ICD dry ports, green logistics, and agricultural logistics. The Association is also responsible for proposing solutions to develop modern logistics services, associated with the supply chain in the Southeast region.

To enhance its role, Dong Nai Logistics Association will promote the mobilization of qualified organizations and individuals to register to participate; strive to increase the number of members by an average of 10% annually. Ensure that 90% of members can participate in studying or access information on the Party's policies and the State's policies and laws in production and business; at the same time, organize service activities to support production and business development for enterprises.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Vu Ngoc Long emphasized: Dong Nai logistics industry plays an important role in the current economic context. The establishment of Dong Nai Logistics Association is a very necessary step, in line with the practical development requirements of the province as well as the integration and development trend.

Dong Nai currently owns 57 industrial parks, modern ICD ports, a strongly developed network and logistics, especially Long Thanh International Airport which is gradually being completed. Dong Nai possesses optimal conditions to strongly develop logistics services, contributing to the national and regional supply chain.

The association needs to play a good role as a bridge between businesses and state management agencies; a forum for connecting and sharing experiences, standards and technology. At the same time, the association needs to accompany the province in the process of organizing and developing logistics centers and modern service chains associated with Long Thanh Airport and industrial parks.
