Vice Chairman Trinh Minh Hoang chaired the meeting.

According to the report, the wastewater treatment system of Thanh Hai Industrial Park is currently overloaded, so the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board proposed the Provincial People's Committee to approve the investment policy to upgrade and expand with a capacity of 7,000 m3 /day and night, using public investment capital to meet the needs of attracting secondary investors.

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment spoke at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Trinh Minh Hoang agreed with the investment viewpoint to upgrade and expand the wastewater treatment system of Thanh Hai Industrial Park . However, he noted that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had previously concluded to socialize the expansion of this wastewater treatment system, so the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board needs to consider the issue of public investment. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to coordinate with relevant units to review and evaluate the feasibility of solutions to promote calling for private resources or use public investment capital to invest in order to promptly address the needs of Thanh Hai Industrial Park.
