5 groups of people are given priority to buy social housing

According to the 2023 Housing Law and new guidelines, five groups of people are eligible to purchase social housing without having to draw lots, including: people with revolutionary contributions; relatives of martyrs; people with disabilities; people who are resettled by purchase or rent-purchase; and women who are eligible for support.

The review list is arranged in order of application submission, apartments are allocated according to the actual application ratio at each project.

People in many priority categories will receive the highest level. After the housing fund for specific groups is fully allocated, the remaining people will be considered by public lottery, ensuring transparency and fairness, helping social housing policy to promptly support cases that really need stable housing.
