Quang Nam Property Auction Service Center has just announced the auction of assets of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) Hoi An branch. Accordingly, the assets are land use rights and assets attached to land in Son Pho I block, Cam Chau ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province of Hoang Chau Phat Tourism Service Company Limited. This is a long-term loan to invest in Romance Hotel and a working capital loan for business with a provisional outstanding balance as of May 19, 2022 of more than 178,129 billion VND . Of which, the principal debt is more than 60 billion VND , the rest is interest debt in due and overdue.
The collateral for the debt is the Romance Hotel (Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City) with a construction area of 597 m2 and a floor area of 7,294 m2, including 10 floors, basement and mezzanine. The project was completed in 2010.
In addition, the collateral assets are 4 land use rights at 6 Nguyen Thai Hoc (area 143.2 m2); house ownership rights and land use rights at 8B Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phu Hoi ward (area 384 m2); house ownership rights and land use rights of 108 m2 at 8/4 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phu Hoi ward and assets attached to the land plot. The starting price of the above debt is more than 137.6 billion VND .
