Representatives from Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh announced that from the beginning of February 2026, the resort will officially launch the Little Paws Club, aiming to capitalize on the rapidly growing "pet-friendly" tourism segment in Vietnam, especially during the peak Lunar New Year season.
This is a high-end service model specifically for pets, born out of a growing trend of families viewing pets as members and wishing to have them accompany them on vacations. As a result, the demand for accommodation with integrated services for "four-legged guests" has increased significantly, while the supply in the high-end segment remains limited.
To launch this service, a portion of the resort's villas and detached apartments were redesigned, featuring private access to gardens suitable for pets' exercise, and equipped with standard amenities including sleeping mats, toys, food bowls, and personal care items. A separate menu for pets is developed with an organic approach and nutritionally balanced to enhance the quality of service.
Some hotels and resorts along the coast, such as those in Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, also allow pets and have spacious outdoor areas suitable for dog walks. However, guests need to inform the hotel in advance and adhere to its terms and conditions.
Besides pet-friendly services in hotels, in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , etc., there are also specialized pet accommodation facilities for pets when their owners are away, with prices ranging from 350,000 to approximately 1 million VND per night per pet or more, depending on the area and tourist season.
