Shangri-La Traders Hotel has just deployed the XMAN-R1 humanoid robot to replace front desk staff. XMAN-R1 can greet guests, answer questions intelligently, and present welcome gifts.
Other specialized robots such as W3, S100, C40, T10, and T3 handle delivery, transportation, and cleaning.
The robots were developed by Keenon Robotics, a leading service robotics company in Shanghai.
KOM 2.0 core technology enables robots to understand language, vision, and act in real-world contexts. Keenon also developed KEENON ProS to train robots in specialized skills for various industries. The application of robots helps hotels optimize manpower and enhance the customer experience.
Despite being newly implemented, this model promises to shape the future of the hospitality industry. Readers are invited to watch the following video : Breakthroughs in the humanoid robot revolution | VTV24
