Chinese hotels use extremely smart robots for reception and room cleaning
The Shangri-La Traders Hotel in Shanghai has attracted attention for putting into operation an impressive array of humanoid robots to work as receptionists, deliver food, and clean rooms.

Shangri-La Traders Hotel has just deployed the humanoid robot XMAN-R1 to replace receptionists. XMAN-R1 can greet, intelligently ask questions and give welcome gifts to guests.
Other specialized robots such as W3, S100, C40, T10 and T3 are responsible for delivery, transportation and cleaning. The robots were developed by Keenon Robotics, a leading service robot company in Shanghai.
KOM 2.0 core technology helps robots understand language, vision and act in real-life contexts. Keenon also developed KEENON ProS to train professional skills for robots by industry. Applying robots helps hotels optimize human resources and improve customer experience.
