On April 20th, at the Sonasea Van Don Harbor City resort complex, the People's Committee of Van Don district, in coordination with CEO Group, organized the opening ceremony of the Van Don Summer Tourism Season 2025.
With the theme "Touching the Dawn Waves - Opening the Journey," the opening ceremony of the Van Don Summer Tourism Season attracted the attention of thousands of locals, tourists, artists, and representatives from domestic and international travel agencies and real estate distributors. This event not only kicked off the peak tourism season in Van Don but also marked a new and promising sign for the resort tourism market in Northern Vietnam.
During this year's peak summer tourist season, Van Don is expected to host a series of entertainment, sports , cultural, and culinary activities throughout the summer. Tourists and locals alike will be able to experience a range of exciting activities such as: giant bowling, "Golden Muscles" - a challenge to ultimate physical fitness, conquering the peak to reach glory, challenging terrain, paragliding, jetskiing, super cool jetboards, and a series of inflatable water slides… - creating a unique and unprecedented entertainment space in Van Don.
After one year of operation, Wyndham Garden Sonasea Van Don Hotel has welcomed nearly 100,000 guests. Attracting visitors from nearly 50 countries worldwide , collaborating with over 600 travel partners and 200 businesses, the resort has achieved impressive occupancy rates and become a favorite destination for both domestic and international customers. Notably, Sonasea Van Don Harbor City Resort was twice honored in the Top 10 Best Resorts in Vietnam in 2024, as selected by the Business Forum Magazine of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Reatimes Magazine and the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA).
Also within the framework of the program, CEO Group honored outstanding travel agencies – those that have made significant contributions to bringing Wyndham Garden Sonasea Van Don resort products closer to domestic and international customers. In particular, CEO Group officially launched Sonasea Sparkling – the first beachfront apartment in the Sonasea Van Don Harbor City complex, positioned as the entertainment, resort, shopping, and lifestyle hub in Van Don.
