In his opening remarks at the exhibition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, Director of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, said: The Institute is honored to be chosen as the host venue for the 2026 Science and Technology Book Exhibition with the theme "Knowledge – Building a Digital Nation ," reflecting the spirit of the times.
This is also a practical activity to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
The exhibition takes place against the backdrop of the entire science and technology sector striving to realize the orientation of using science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the main driving force for a new growth model, in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, scientific and technological knowledge should not only be found in books but must also become a bridge between research and practice, between the classroom and businesses and society.
In that spirit, the exhibition is organized with an innovative, multi-dimensional integration approach, combining books, data, technology, mini-games, etc. This clearly demonstrates the development trends of the information, library, and publishing fields in the digital age, while promoting an open knowledge ecosystem, fostering innovation, and lifelong learning.
Introducing the Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation book series, Dr. Tran Chi Dat, Director of the Science, Technology and Communication Publishing House, stated: "This is not just a publishing activity, but also an effort by the Publishing House to build a deep knowledge ecosystem, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation, promoting national digital transformation and developing a modern knowledge-based economy."
Through the launch of this book series, the Science, Technology and Communication Publishing House continues to affirm its commitment to publishing high-quality, in-depth works with rich practical value that effectively serve the development of the country.

“We hope that the Book Collection will become a useful source of knowledge for managers, researchers, the business community, lecturers, students, and a wide range of readers interested in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation,” said Dr. Tran Chi Dat.
Dr. Tran Chi Dat stated that the publishing house is currently developing both print and e-books simultaneously, with an ever-expanding scale. In the print book segment, the publishing house has released over 500 titles in various fields such as: science and technology; mathematics, physics, chemistry; food technology; oil and gas; medicine; environment; information technology; electricity, electronics, and telecommunications...
In the e-book sector, there are currently approximately 1,500 books available to readers on the ebook365.vn platform. This is an important platform for the publisher to continue developing the digital publishing ecosystem in the new phase.

Continuing in that direction, the publishing house plans to officially launch a national e-book website on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in December 2026, based on the publishing house's digital publishing and distribution platform.
This task is being implemented under the direction of the Ministry of Science and Technology to fulfill Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
The website will be built on the basis of synchronously integrating existing digital platforms including Book365.vn, Ebook365.vn and the national essential e-book and newspaper platform, forming a unified, modern digital publishing ecosystem capable of serving a large number of readers nationwide.
As part of the program, a seminar was held to introduce the book " Smart Business with a PDMT Approach: Problems, Data, Methods, and Tools," edited by Professor Ho Tu Bao.

This book is not only academically valuable but also highly applicable, serving as a "practical guide" for businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, in enhancing their competitiveness in the era of artificial intelligence.
