At the same time, the exhibition also contributes to promoting and spreading the value of Ho Chi Minh's heritage to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to promote "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".

According to Vietnam News Agency: The event was organized by the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace in coordination with Archives Center III (under the State Records and Archives Department) to celebrate the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023); 80 years of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture (1943-2023); 65 years since Uncle Ho lived and worked at the Stilt House in the Presidential Palace Area (May 17, 1958 - May 17, 2023).

Mr. Dang Thanh Tung - Director of the Department of State Records and Archives said: The unit has selected decrees, orders and documents with President Ho Chi Minh's handwriting from 1945-1969 to introduce to the public and visitors. Many decrees with President Ho Chi Minh's handwriting or signature are evidence affirming his talented and wise leadership role in the early years of building the young state government, in the years of resistance to protect national independence, demonstrating his ideology of great national unity such as: President Ho Chi Minh's call for national resistance on December 19, 1946, President Ho Chi Minh's handwriting calling on all people to compete in patriotism in 1948... These documents are currently being preserved and stored at the National Archives Center III.

“As the unit managing the valuable documents and materials of the country and President Ho Chi Minh, we are very proud to display the most valuable documents - National Treasures and typical documents in a solemn exhibition space, which is the workplace of President Ho Chi Minh, and also the place where many Decrees and Orders were issued, leaving his mark" - Mr. Dang Thanh Tung shared.
