Opening of the Press Center serving the 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 14, 2025, at the Provincial Cultural Conference Center, the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee serving the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 inaugurated the Press Center serving the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lo Thi Minh Phuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Vu A Bang - Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, and representatives of leaders of central and local press agencies, departments, branches and sectors in the province.

The Press Center was established under Decision No. 01-QD/TBTTKT dated September 18, 2025 of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, with operating regulations to ensure the right to access information and work of reporters of press agencies inside and outside the province in accordance with legal regulations, effectively serving information and propaganda work.

The press center is located in the 2nd floor Hall, Provincial Conference and Cultural Center, where the Congress takes place, operating throughout the Congress, from October 14 to 16, 2025; with the function of serving and coordinating press activities to ensure timely, accurate and oriented information about the Congress.
