Conference to announce the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

(gialai.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of October 14, at the Gia Lai Provincial Conference Center (Quy Nhon Ward), the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the results of the 13th Central Conference (term XIII) to key officials of the province. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats, connecting to 135 bridge points in communes and wards in the province. Comrade Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired and reported at the conference. Attending the conference at the main bridge point at the Provincial Conference Center were comrades: Rah Lan Chung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chau Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Also attending were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders; leaders of departments, branches, sectors; socio-political organizations, and central agencies located in the province.

At the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc said: Implementing the full-term working program, from October 6 to 8, 2025, in Hanoi , the 13th Party Central Committee held the 13th Conference.

The conference discussed and gave opinions on two major groups of issues:

The group of issues on the preparation work for the 14th National Party Congress includes the following contents: Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Summary Report on 15 years of implementing the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Introduction of personnel for the 14th Party Central Committee and personnel for the 14th Central Inspection Commission ; Time, content and program of the 14th National Party Congress; Working regulations of the 14th National Party Congress; Election regulations at the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the socio-economic issues, the Party Central Committee discussed the Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan, the draft socio-economic development plan for 2026; the report on the assessment of the implementation of the state budget in 2025, the state budget estimate for 2026; and the 3-year national financial and budget plan for 2026-2028. Some opinions that needed clarification were accepted by the Politburo and explained to the Central Committee.

At the same time, the Party Central Committee discussed and decided on a number of contents on personnel work; reported on important tasks that the Politburo had resolved from the 12th Central Conference to the 13th Central Conference; planned a number of key tasks from the 13th Central Conference to the 14th Central Conference and a number of other important issues.

Comrade Thai Dai Ngoc emphasized: The 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee has completed all the contents and programs set out. The issues were carefully prepared, discussed democratically, and reached high consensus; including many important and fundamental contents directly related to the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, associated with the goal of rapid and sustainable development and improving people's lives.
