Photo exhibition to welcome the 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee

From October 14 to 16, 2025, at the Provincial Conference and Cultural Center, a photo exhibition will take place to welcome the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The photo exhibition with the theme "Economic - Cultural - Social, National Defense - Security Achievements in the period of 2020 - 2025" includes 8 parts: The attention of Party and State leaders; Provincial Party Secretaries through the periods and some activities of provincial leaders; Foreign affairs and international cooperation; Science and technology, education, health, culture; Agriculture - forestry, industry, and handicrafts; National Defense - Security - Justice; Party building work and socio- political organizations; Outstanding events of Dien Bien province in the period of 2020 - 2025.

Each image is an event, activity, achievement in this exhibition content that has shown steady progress, making Dien Bien a province developing in the direction of green, smart, sustainable economy , rising to develop quite well in the region, reflecting the typical achievements of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee in the past term 2020 - 2025. The exhibition is vivid, specific, practical images and evidence to welcome the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 is a particularly important political event for the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province. The Congress was held at a time when Dien Bien province has achieved many important achievements and results after 21 years of separation and establishment; after 40 years of carrying out the renovation process with the whole country; after completing the arrangement and organization of administrative units and putting into operation the two-level local government model. The exhibition has outlined the achievements of Dien Bien province in the past term 2020 - 2025 with difficulties and challenges, but also many opportunities and advantages to complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the 14th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress.
