This fall, in addition to Japan and South Korea, Vietnamese tourists tend to choose to experience more destinations in China. Representatives of some travel service agencies said that the speed in visa procedures as well as reasonable costs have affected the travel needs of Vietnamese tourists.

Orders to multiple destinations in China increased sharply by 15-25%

According to travel service businesses, the tourism market in the upcoming fall is not expected to have many major changes. Familiar destinations in the world such as: Korea, Japan, Europe... will still be popular. Notably, the number of Vietnamese tourists choosing China as a tourist destination is increasing quite impressively.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Chung, sales representative of Etrip4u.com said: "Most tourists today are interested in reasonable prices and procedures when choosing a destination. The rate of booking tours to Japan and Korea this fall has not increased much due to high costs and visa procedures taking a long time."

According to Ms. Nguyen Thuy Chung, China tours are now more competitively priced, with a variety of options ranging from 3-15 million. Meanwhile, visa processing time is only 6-10 days. "On average, the occupancy rate of China tours at Etrip4u.com can reach up to 85%," Ms. Chung shared.

As of the first half of September this year, many tours to China are popular with tourists such as: Beijing, Shanghai-Wuzhen, Jiuzhaigou... at travel agencies recorded a sharp increase in booking rates of about 15-25% compared to the same period in 2024.

Accordingly, tours to China are organized weekly to meet the needs of customers. In October and November, when the autumn landscape in this country is at its most beautiful, many tourists are willing to pay a higher price of 1-2 million to fully admire the yellow and red leaves.

Ms. Mai Dung, Deputy Sales Director of Nam Thanh Travel, pointed out three main factors that make tourists increasingly love to travel to China in the fall. First of all, travel businesses in this country are promoting their image through new tours and routes. At the same time, visa policies for tourists are being relaxed. In particular, airlines have opened a number of direct flights to many destinations in this country. Thanks to that, Vietnamese passengers can travel conveniently and quickly to major cities in China.

From Beijing, Shanghai-Wuzhen to Jiuzhaigou or Phoenix Ancient Town, each destination offers a unique experience, promising to bring visitors a memorable journey.

Coming to Beijing in autumn, you will feel the ancient and romantic beauty, "enjoy" the blue sky, watch the ginkgo and maple leaves turn brilliant yellow.
