Coming to Ca Mau, tourists sit on sampans and sail along the Trem Trem, Cai Tau, and Doc rivers to explore the U Minh Ha cajuput forest.
U Minh Ha Melaleuca Forest is adjacent to U Minh Thuong Melaleuca Forest ( An Giang Province), with a total area of about 35,000 hectares. Of which, 8,256 hectares are recognized as U Minh Ha National Park.

This place has a Melaleuca forest ecosystem that is flooded for 6 months and dry for 6 months. U Minh Ha National Park is one of the three core areas of the Mui Ca Mau World Biosphere Reserve with the task of preserving and regenerating the values of natural landscapes, ecological environment and biodiversity of the specific wetland ecosystem, Melaleuca forests on peat land; preserving and developing the genetic resources of precious flora and fauna, cultural and spiritual values, historical relics, serving scientific research, sightseeing and tourism development.

U Minh Ha forest is dominated by cajuput trees. There are many animals such as deer, wild boars, monkeys, pythons, snakes, turtles, pangolins... and 60 species of freshwater and brackish water fish living there.

In particular, under the forest canopy, bees diligently collect nectar from cajuput flowers all year round to build nests, yielding a large annual yield. During the bee-eating season, visitors will follow the beekeepers of Phong Ngan Group into the forest to eat bees and collect honey. Here, visitors can enjoy freshly cut young bees, dipped in a little honey from U Minh cajuput forest, which is so sweet that it tickles the tip of the tongue. You can buy pure honey from U Minh cajuput forest to use as medicine, or as a gift for relatives.

After the forest trips, visitors can watch the ponds being drained or cast nets, fish, pick wild vegetables, and pull water lilies themselves... Then enjoy many specialties of the U Minh cajuput forest land that are rarely found anywhere else, such as grilled snakehead fish, perch hotpot with fish sauce, eel stewed with Morinda leaves, green bean porridge with green snakehead fish, lemongrass stew or grilled herring, fried field mice, and many other rustic dishes.

Coming to U Minh Ha cajuput forest, tourists can visit the hometown of Uncle Ba Phi. At night, tourists can join in traditional music, go fishing, cast traps, catch field mice or set bird nets in the U Minh forest.
