This program aims to celebrate National Health Day on April 7, 2026, to detect diseases early and provide timely intervention and treatment for socially vulnerable groups. It implements the State's social security policy, ensuring the right to healthcare for disadvantaged individuals.
During the program, participants received physical examinations from doctors at the Provincial General Hospital: measuring height, weight, pulse, and blood pressure. General examinations included internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dentistry, and dermatology. A general abdominal ultrasound was also performed.
This is a very practical and meaningful activity. Through the 2026 National Health Day, the health sector calls on every citizen to pay more attention to their own and their family's health, maintain a healthy lifestyle, increase physical activity, practice proper nutrition, have regular health check-ups, get fully vaccinated, and focus on mental health care.

The choice of the theme "Proactive Disease Prevention - For a Healthy Vietnam" clearly reflects the current priorities of the health sector: Shifting from a treatment-focused mindset to proactive disease prevention and continuous health care throughout the life cycle; in line with the spirit of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW. At the same time, this is also Vietnam's response to the message of World Health Day 2026 on "Global Action for Universal Health Coverage," aiming for all citizens to have access to quality, equitable, and sustainable health services.
