VTV.vn - The fee for visiting scenic spots in Nha Trang Bay will officially be implemented from September 25, 2025.

Accordingly, tourists visiting the bay by inland waterway will purchase tickets at the piers jointly operated by the Management Board and businesses, namely: Nha Trang Tourist Pier, Phu Quy Inland Waterway Pier, Institute of Oceanography Inland Waterway Pier, and Ana Marina International Yacht Park.

An online ticketing system has also been implemented to make payments easier for tourists, and it integrates the collection of inland waterway terminal usage fees to streamline procedures. Tourists can also purchase tickets and make payments online.

The fees are applied per visit, not based on the number of days of stay. Specifically: Binh Ba Island and Binh Hung Island are priced at 8,000 VND/visit, Binh Lap Island at 6,000 VND/visit, and Binh Tien Island at 10,000 VND/visit. A combined tour of all the above routes costs 40,000 VND/visit.

Those eligible for free admission include: children under 6 years old, people with disabilities, and residents of Khanh Hoa province. Those eligible for a 50% discount include: children aged 6 to 16, people over 60 years old, students, impoverished households, people with meritorious service to the revolution, and other social policy beneficiaries.

According to a resolution issued by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, the fee collection area covers the sea and islands within the boundaries of Nha Trang Bay (from Ke Ga Cape to Cu Hin Cape), excluding strictly protected zones within the Nha Trang Bay Marine Reserve.

According to regulations, the Nha Trang Bay Management Board is allowed to retain 80% of the total fees collected to support the management and conservation of the marine ecosystem and the development of tourism infrastructure. The remaining amount will be remitted to the state budget.

The implementation of the fee collection is expected to create additional sustainable resources for the conservation of natural resources, especially coral reefs and marine habitats, while also contributing to improving the quality of tourism in Nha Trang Bay - one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
