The Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued instructions on expanding the headquarters of provincial agencies, related to the clearance of houses of 32 households on Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Nha Trang.

On October 2, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued an urgent dispatch on the plan to expand the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee - National Assembly Delegation - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee at No. 1 Tran Phu, Nha Trang City. The plan involves the clearance of 32 households on Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Nha Trang Ward, located adjacent to the project land.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to clarify the legal basis for land recovery and site clearance.

If qualified, the province must develop a resettlement plan, ensuring that people have housing equal to or better than their old place. In case there is not enough basis, it is necessary to study a plan to renovate and ensure security and safety in the target area, ensuring the rights to housing and living conditions for the people.

The Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments and branches to urgently review and report before October 10, 2025.

The project to build the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province was started on April 2, 2024, with a total capital of more than 544.6 billion VND, an area of ​​36,047 m², adjacent to three routes Tran Phu - Phan Chu Trinh - Ngo Quyen. The clearance of the residential area of ​​32 households (1,435 m²) will help expand the land fund with four frontages, creating favorable conditions for the project.
