The Reception and Results Delivery Department is located at the commune People's Committee headquarters, under the overall management of the Chairman of the commune People's Committee, and is staffed with 5 civil servants. The majority of officials and civil servants are proficient in using the electronic one-stop service software, thereby improving the quality of service to the people.
Ms. Tran Thi Ngoan, from Hamlet 9, Khanh Hoi Commune, said: “When I came to the Reception and Results Delivery Department, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, given enthusiastic and thoughtful guidance, and my requests were processed quickly and efficiently, which is very convenient for the people. Many procedures, if people don't have time to come here to resolve them, can be handled by calling the staff for guidance, saving time and travel costs.”
The application of information technology and digital technology in work processes has been promoted, especially the use of iOffice software. Directives, announcements, and invitations from the District People's Committee and district departments and agencies are regularly updated through the iOffice interconnected document management system.
The staff at the reception and results delivery department always welcome and guide citizens warmly.
On the other hand, the People's Committee of the commune continues to publicly display the address of the agency, the phone numbers of the leaders, and the hotline number to receive suggestions and feedback from individuals and organizations when they come to work. Regarding the handling of suggestions and feedback from individuals and organizations concerning administrative regulations within the unit's jurisdiction, from the beginning of the year until now, the People's Committee of the commune has not received any opinions or suggestions from organizations or individuals related to administrative procedures.
“In the coming time, the People's Committee of the commune will continue to effectively implement workplace culture in communication; treat organizations and individuals with politeness and friendliness; listen to the opinions of the people; explain and guide clearly, specifically, easily understandable, and responsibly on related issues; in cases outside its authority, guide them to contact the competent authority for resolution. Inspect and review the implementation of the agency's working regulations; amend and supplement the working regulations to align with functions and tasks, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of work resolution,” Mr. Chau Minh Dam added.
