Inauguration of Danang Museum

On the morning of March 28, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held the Inauguration Ceremony of Da Nang Museum - a project of special cultural and historical significance to the city.

Da Nang Museum is located at 42-44 Bach Dang. This is a cultural project invested with a system of scientific and aesthetic exhibitions and interpretations and modern facilities.

With nearly 3,000 documents and artifacts selected from 27,000 documents and artifacts, combining traditional display style with modern projection technology; especially the application of 3D Mapping films, 3D films, documentaries and image slides to increase the experience and interaction for visitors. Da Nang Museum opens and guides the public to visit, experience, learn about the nature and history - society of Da Nang, stories about culture as well as the aspirations of one of the major economic - social centers of the country and Southeast Asia.

Da Nang Museum with a scientifically designed exhibition space, suitable for arranging thematic displays of images, documents and artifacts, including 9 major themes: Photo wall Overview of Da Nang city; Nature and people of Da Nang; History of Da Nang City; Struggle to protect national independence; War relics; Da Nang integration and development; Cultural diversity; Da Nang City Hall; Collection of antiques of Da Nang Museum.

Da Nang Museum - A symbol connecting the past and present, promises to become a red address, a unique architectural highlight, imbued with historical and cultural values on the banks of the Han River.

Within the framework of the program, the city started construction of the Uncle Ho Statue at the General Science Library. The project aims to honor the life and great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh.

The events were held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025).
