Inauguration of the border protection inspection road at marker 996

Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project.

– On the afternoon of May 16, the Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command to organize the inauguration ceremony of the border protection inspection road at marker 996, in Nam Khoang village, Doi Can commune, Trang Dinh district.

The road project to national border marker 996 was started on May 4, 2023 and completed on May 9, 2023, with a length of 145 m and a width of 1 m. The project has a total cost of over 80 million VND supported by the Provincial Police and officers and soldiers of Trang Dinh District Police, along with the contribution of working days of officers and soldiers of the District Police and officers and soldiers of Po Ma Border Guard Station.

The project is of great significance, creating favorable conditions for officers and soldiers of Po Ma Border Post in patrolling, managing, protecting national border security and sovereignty , as well as in production and cultivation of the people. This is a project to celebrate the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023) and the 90th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee (June 15, 1933 - June 15, 2023).

During the program, Trang Dinh District Police presented 10 gifts to policy families and households in difficult circumstances in Doi Can commune, Trang Dinh district.
