Inauguration of children's playground and gift giving in Son Thuy commune

On August 27, Son Thuy Commune Youth Union coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City English Research and Teaching Association to inaugurate a children's playground and award scholarships to disadvantaged students in Son Thuy Commune.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee has developed a career orientation experience program "Self-positioning", propagating legal education for more than 1,000 students at Son Nam High School; inaugurated and handed over the "Playground for Children" project; presented 100 "Support to School" backpacks to students at Thien Ke Primary School; presented 10 scholarships (each worth 500,000 VND) to students with excellent achievements in overcoming difficulties in their studies. The total value of the projects and gifts the delegation presented was nearly 40 million VND.

Through the program, we contribute to spreading the spirit of sharing and encouraging the will to overcome difficulties of students. It is an opportunity for union members and young people to promote their pioneering and volunteering role for the community. Thereby, creating a healthy and safe learning and playing environment for students to enter the new school year.
