Fifteen travel agencies and tourism businesses participated in the delegation to survey tourist attractions in Cai Rang and Binh Thuy districts: Cai Rang Floating Market, Hung King Temple, and Son Island.
Through the survey, delegates evaluated the products and services that are deeply rooted in the culture of the riverine region, with itineraries offering diverse experiences in history, cuisine , and traditional folk music. Among them, the "memorial service on the islet" is a newly launched product, a collaborative investment between travel agencies and local gardens on Con Son islet, creating a comprehensive and well-planned tour package with excellent service and experiences.

The "memorial service on the islet" tour not only showcases the unique cultural aspects of the daily life of people in the Mekong Delta, but also contributes to diversifying the tourism product system on Son islet, alongside community tourism and agricultural tourism activities. However, to make the product more attractive and appealing, representatives of the participating units believe that more in-depth experiential activities need to be invested in.

Mr. Mai Ngoc Thuyet, Deputy Director of the City's Tourism Development Center, said: "Every year, we will coordinate with localities and travel agencies to organize many survey trips to explore new products. Through these surveys, we record the opinions of the units, and gradually work with destinations and travel agencies to perfect the product chain; at the same time, we develop plans to communicate and promote destinations and products to tourists in the future."
