Passion for digital innovation

Teaching Computer Science with a creative spirit, young teacher Nguyen Nhat Linh, Secretary of the Youth Union at Ngan Dua Primary School (Hong Dan Commune), always brings interesting lessons to his students.

Strong in technology and digital transformation, Nhat Linh transforms dry computer science lessons into inspiring activities. Working in a rural school with many limitations, Nhat Linh independently developed an educational application integrating online games and used the free online learning platform Quizizz, while also integrating computer science teaching with other subjects (Mathematics, Vietnamese, English).

Besides his role as a young teacher, he is also an excellent Youth Union leader with many outstanding achievements such as: Outstanding Young Party Member at the provincial level for the period 2020-2025, outstanding exemplary figure in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings at the provincial level, Encouragement Award at the Ca Mau Provincial Technical Innovation Competition (2024-2025), one of the 10 outstanding young people of Ca Mau province in 2025...

According to Nhat Linh: “The current barriers for young people are the negative impact from the information environment and the slow pace of changing perceptions. To adapt to the era of integration, each young person needs to improve their digital and foreign language skills, as well as constantly strive to overcome challenges within themselves, in order to live their passions to the fullest.”

Standing firm on the ideological front

Mr. Tran Quang Vu participated in the New Rural Development Festival of Ca Mau province in 2025.

Throughout 2025, Tran Quang Vu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Phu My Commune Youth Union and the Head of the Ca Mau Youth Colors Club, received numerous prestigious awards, including: the Outstanding Young Party Member Award 2025, the "October 15th" Award 2025 from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and the Encouragement Award in the Fifth National-level Political Commentary Competition on Defending the Party's Ideological Foundation , 2025.

For Tran Quang Vu, studying political theory is not just a duty but a personal need to enhance his political capacity and character. He always proactively participates in theory classes at the Provincial Political School, deeply studies topics on Ho Chi Minh 's ideology and Party resolutions, and applies them to practical work in the Youth Union and youth movements at the grassroots level.

Tran Quang Vu also actively participated in political commentary competitions, viewing them as opportunities to hone his critical thinking and argumentation skills, and to strengthen his belief in the Party's ideological foundation.

Looking ahead, Vu plans to continue his studies to improve his theoretical knowledge, professional skills, youth leadership skills, and information technology expertise. He shared: "I believe that when every young cadre and Party member strives to develop their abilities, uphold their ideals and aspirations for contribution, then Phu My in particular, and Ca Mau in general, will become increasingly modernized, civilized, and sustainably developed."

As an outstanding Youth Union member and recipient of the "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" award in 2023, Pham Minh Duong from Long Dien commune is also a successful entrepreneur, owning a local aluminum and iron door business. Having completed his youth service to the nation, Pham Minh Duong returned to his hometown and embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Overcoming initial difficulties, through persistent effort and a serious work ethic honed during his time in the military, his business has attracted more and more customers, generating monthly revenue of approximately 70 million VND.

Not only did he enrich himself, but he also created jobs and passed on his skills to young people in the hamlet. Pham Minh Duong shared: "I noticed that in the commune, many young people, after reaching adulthood, still haven't found direction for themselves, and some even lack a profession and are lured by bad influences. If they have jobs and an income to support their families, they will learn to cherish themselves and have the motivation to live, strive to build a happy home, and contribute to the beauty of the locality."

In fact, the young people working at the establishment of young boss Pham Minh Duong not only improve their lives but also enthusiastically participate in Youth Union and association activities whenever they have free time or days off.
