The "Peaceful Homeland" video clip creation contest, organized by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training, aims to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2026). The contest is open to students from grade 8 and above, university students, trainees of People's Public Security schools, and officers and soldiers within the Public Security force.

According to the rules, entries must be a maximum of 5 minutes long and can be presented in various forms such as short films, documentaries, feature stories, skits, storytelling videos , etc. The content should focus on promoting the positive image of the People's Police officers, raising legal awareness, improving crime prevention skills, combating harmful and toxic information on the internet, and spreading positive values in the community.

In an era where every touch of a screen can create powerful ripple effects, cyberspace is becoming a unique battleground where every digital citizen has a responsibility to contribute to preserving the positive values of society.

Building a new

Sharing his thoughts on the sidelines of the program, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quynh, CEO of Vitamin Network, argued that spreading positive values does not mean abandoning the appeal of the content. According to him, young people can absolutely absorb messages about patriotism, civic responsibility, or the image of police officers through fresh and relatable ways of expression that are close to modern life.

A story about a police officer can still be told dramatically, emotionally, and authentically; patriotism can be fully conveyed through music, humor, and youthful formats that young people enjoy.

CEO of Vitamin Network, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quynh, shared:

As an organization that connects and supports hundreds of content creators, Vitamin Network has identified three key directions for spreading positive values online. These are: supporting creators in finding authentic content instead of telling stories in clichés; leveraging the synergistic power of the entire ecosystem when multiple creators share a common message; and investing in production quality so that wholesome content can reach a wider audience.

"Positive and engaging are not two opposite extremes; it's about how we tell the story," the CEO of Vitamin Network emphasized.

Beyond simply participating in a media campaign, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quynh expects the team of KOLs within his ecosystem to view spreading positive values as part of their professional responsibility. According to him, a "spreading ambassador" doesn't necessarily have to be someone who shouts slogans, but rather someone who knows how to tell beautiful stories about the country, about the peace of life today, and about the people who are silently preserving it.

"I expect the Vitamin Network's team of KOLs to not just participate in a campaign, but to truly see spreading positive values as part of their professional responsibility," Mr. Quynh expressed.

Vitamin Network is committed to working alongside the police force to spread the program's positive messages to even more young people.

The leaders of Vitamin Network believe that the emotions, pride, and positive energy sparked by the program will continue to be transformed into concrete content products, spreading to millions of social media users in the future.

Building a new

Sharing the same perspective on the responsibility of content creators in the digital age, Mr. Vu Minh Hieu - General Director of VULACI Company - believes that the concept of "protecting the Fatherland" today has new meanings. It's not just about protecting sovereignty, security, and order in real life; this responsibility also exists in cyberspace – where social trust and positive values need to be preserved.

Protecting the homeland in the digital age is not only about protecting sovereignty in the real world, but also about protecting cyberspace, protecting social trust, and the positive values of the community.

CEO of Vulaci Network, Mr. Vu Minh Hieu, affirmed this.

According to VULACI leaders, the increasing influence of social media is placing higher demands on content creators. Each video or post can impact the perceptions of millions of people, especially young people. Therefore, in addition to building a personal brand, creators also need to cultivate a sense of responsibility towards the community.

"Nowadays, every video or post can influence the perceptions of millions of people, especially young people. Therefore, content creators not only need to generate views but also need to be responsible for the information they spread," Mr. Hieu shared.

Based on his experience in content creation, Mr. Hieu believes that current KOLs and creators possess a unique advantage in connecting emotionally with young people through a more intimate and natural approach compared to traditional media. When messages about patriotism, social responsibility, or civic awareness are told through real stories, using everyday language and authentic perspectives, their reach becomes much stronger.

Furthermore, the VULACI leader also stated that the notion that only entertaining or controversial content can attract the public is not entirely accurate. "Many positive, educational, or knowledge-sharing contents currently have a very strong reach on social media if they are conveyed correctly," Mr. Hieu commented.

According to him, young people are always interested in positive values if the content is told in language that is appropriate for the information-receiving behavior of the new generation. "Stories about patriotism, civic responsibility, or the image of a police officer can have a much greater impact if they are expressed in a language that is more youthful and relatable to today's generation," he emphasized.

Following the program, the General Director of VULACI expects that the team of KOLs and creators in the ecosystem will continue to contribute to building a more positive, humane, and responsible content environment in cyberspace.

"I believe that in the digital age, every creator can become an 'ambassador of dissemination' through the content they create every day," Mr. Hieu shared.

Building a new

Representing one of the largest content creation ecosystems for young people, Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, CEO of Schannel, recognizes that "protecting the homeland" is a broad concept. However, according to him, content creators can still contribute through practical actions every day, from spreading positive information to raising awareness about verifying information before sharing it.

Content creators also have many responsibilities to contribute, such as spreading more positive information, verifying information before sharing, and minimizing errors in their work as much as possible.

CEO of Schannel, Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, shared:

According to Schannel's leadership, KOLs and creators currently possess many advantages in bringing positive messages closer to the public. With a large following and influence on social media, they can become effective bridges to spread positive values and limit the appearance of unverified information.

Referring to the question of how content about patriotism, civic responsibility, or the image of police officers can reach millions of social media users, the CEO of Schannel believes that recent experience has shown that positive content can create a strong appeal if presented with creative thinking.

"Recently, positive content has been spreading widely on social media, for example, videos of police officers from various fields with creative content and videos that have been well received by the public," Mr. Huy said.

As a network with many young KOLs and creators, Schannel aims to continue supporting meaningful programs of the Party, the State, and the Police force, contributing to bringing inspiring stories closer to the community.

“Schannel always hopes to be able to accompany and spread awareness with the programs of the Party, the State, and the police officers so that people can learn more about events and behind-the-scenes stories that many people may not know,” Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy shared.

The leaders and representatives of the partner media units performed the launching ceremony for the "Production of 80 Digital Media Products" project.

Revealing plans after the program, the CEO of Schannel said that the unit has begun developing new content projects to spread the message of the "For the Peace of the Fatherland" movement more widely to the young community online.

From different perspectives but with a common point of convergence, leaders in the content creation field all affirm that every KOL, every creator, and every positive media product can become a "seed" contributing to building a healthy and humane online environment. In the digital age, when cyberspace is increasingly intertwined with social life, spreading beautiful stories, positive values, and images of police officers is not just a simple communication activity but also a practical way to contribute to maintaining peace for the nation from within the digital space.

Sharing from content creation networks shows that the "For the Peace of the Fatherland" movement is not only receiving support from agencies and organizations but is also spreading strongly within the young creative community. When each social media user becomes more aware of their responsibility, and when each creator chooses to spread positivity instead of deviant values, that is when a "soft front" is formed, contributing to maintaining social peace and fostering faith in the good values of the country.
