Based on my practical experience working in the community, I hope the congress will provide more specific directions and solutions to improve the quality of Youth Union activities at the grassroots level. In the context of strong digital transformation and the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, Youth Union officials need to be equipped with more knowledge and skills to become a bridge bringing technology and digital transformation closer to young people and the people. I also hope the congress will pay more attention to rural youth, especially regarding entrepreneurship, job creation, and local economic development.
