The Yuan Long Vietnam factory project has a scale of 15.6 hectares, with a total investment of 120 million USD. The project of Yuan Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. is divided into two phases. The first phase is expected to be completed and put into operation from the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second phase will be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of 2028. When put into operation, the factory will focus on producing ceiling fans and ceiling fan accessories for export to European and American countries, with a revenue of 3,200 billion VND/year, contributing to the state budget of about 269 billion VND/year and creating jobs for about 4,500 workers, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Thai Binh province.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, the Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zone Management Board emphasized: The Board will create the most favorable conditions to support investors in the project implementation process, in order to ensure the highest progress and efficiency. He requested Yuan Long International Limited Company to focus resources on implementing the project to ensure quality and progress as committed; strictly comply with legal regulations on planning, land, investment, construction and environmental protection. The contractor must strictly comply with construction standards and regulations, ensuring construction quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation.
