Groundbreaking ceremony of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the morning of August 19, in the atmosphere of the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of 250 projects and works held simultaneously nationwide to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, Phu Tho province broke ground on the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park green and smart industrial park, a new symbol for the vision of modern and sustainable industrial development of Phu Tho province and Vietnam in the era of green economy - digital economy.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee affirmed: "The groundbreaking ceremony of Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is not only an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day but also a symbol of Phu Tho province's aspiration to rise up, affirming the determination to build Phu Tho province into an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors, an important industrial - service center of the whole country.

The project is located in Phu Tho province - the only locality in Vietnam bordering 7 provinces and cities, playing the role of a regional connection center in the North. This place is considered a "trade crossroads", directly connecting with the capital Hanoi , major industrial centers such as Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, and northern provinces such as Lao Cai. In particular, the geographical location of the project brings a golden advantage for production and logistics activities - the leading high-tech in the North by 2030.

To effectively develop Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park in particular and Phu Tho province's industrial parks in general, the province is committed to completing transport, electricity, water, and telecommunications infrastructure (5G, IOT); attracting high-tech investment; ensuring that 100% of industrial parks are treated with wastewater and waste up to standards and use renewable energy; promoting high-quality human resource training and building social housing and housing for workers; at the same time, focusing on reviewing industrial parks according to the approved provincial planning to ensure compliance with national planning.

Sharing about the project, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Chairman of CNCTech Group said: "Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park has an area of nearly 300 hectares, planned green - smart - sustainable, integrating modern infrastructure and advanced technology, with outstanding advantages".

The groundbreaking of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is not only a meaningful industrial infrastructure project, but also a part of the national strategy for green and sustainable industrial development. This is also a testament to the Government ’s efforts to create growth momentum, connect regions, and improve people’s lives.

Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park has a scale of 295.74 hectares, with a total investment of more than 2,200 billion VND in Xuan Lang commune, Phu Tho province. The project is developed by CNCTech Group - the co-investor in developing the 67-hectare Bac Giang International Logistics Center, a national grade II, following the model of a green, smart international logistics center, which has welcomed domestic and international logistics enterprises to come into operation since the beginning of 2025.
