The units jointly started the construction of houses for families in difficult circumstances.

These are the family of Ms. Vu Thi Leinh in Hung Thang commune and the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Cay in Tien Minh commune.

With the support of the City Red Cross and the VSIP Community Fund (VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd.), families will build new houses with an area of 40 to 60 . The construction cost is approximately 250 million to 450 million VND, of which the VSIP Community Fund will support each family with 100 million VND for house construction. The houses are scheduled for completion at the end of August 2026.

The VSIP Community Fund presented a symbolic plaque representing financial support for house construction to the family of Ms. Vu Thi Leinh.

Mrs. Vu Thi Leinh's family is in extremely difficult circumstances. Previously, both she and her husband were frequently ill and required long-term treatment. In 2020, her husband passed away, and her eldest daughter-in-law left, abandoning her two young children. Her son is often ill and had to have one kidney removed; he is currently a low-income freelance worker.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cay's family is also in a particularly difficult situation. Her husband died of cancer in 2000. Mrs. Cay is old and frail, and her son and his wife divorced, leaving her to raise three grandchildren.

Both families are living in dilapidated single-story houses and lack the means to repair or build new ones.
