Graduated in 2017, Mr. Tai worked for about 1.5 years in the food industry, but because of his passion for agriculture , he quit his old job to return to his hometown and build his own business.
The dream of NNƯDCNC. It was a challenging turning point, requiring Mr. Tai not only to have professional knowledge but also to learn how to face risks. Mr. Tai's startup model with an area of 500m2 , with an initial investment of about 350 million VND. This is a modern recirculating hydroponic system, where he focuses on growing clean, safe leafy vegetables and especially products with high economic value such as cherry tomatoes and melons.
The special thing about Tai's business model lies in the way he approaches the market. Instead of relying on traditional distribution channels, he takes advantage of the power of digital technology . "When preparing to harvest, I will advertise on social networking platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, etc. When there is an order, I just harvest and deliver it to the customer" - he shared. This method not only helps his products quickly reach consumers but also significantly cuts down on intermediaries, optimizing profits. In just over 2 months from planting to harvest, the quick product turnover brings clear economic efficiency.
When starting his business, he faced many difficulties: high initial investment costs, lack of practical experience in dealing with pests, diseases or problems arising from the system. However, he always looked at these challenges with an optimistic spirit. Currently, there are many policies and guidelines to support capital, open specialized training courses on agricultural production, especially NNUCNC. These policies not only help him but also support farmers to gain more experience in handling risks, thereby increasing crop productivity.

He also enthusiastically guides and transfers technology to farmers in need, and does not hesitate to share his experience in starting a business in the agricultural sector with many young people. More importantly, his farm has become an ideal destination for students to visit and experience, helping them learn about modern agriculture and orient their future careers.
With initial successes, Mr. Tai plans to expand the model by 200-300m2 in the near future, mainly to grow melons and other vegetables, tubers and fruits. Determined to overcome the initial difficulties, Mr. Tai has now achieved certain success.
The representative of the Commune Farmers’ Association said that the locality always accompanies passionate farmers who have been actively promoting and mobilizing farmers to apply the new agricultural technology in production. Demonstrations of typical agricultural models are held annually, creating conditions for farmers to interact and exchange experiences.
Mr. Tai's NNƯDCNC model is a testament to the inevitable development trend in the future. Although the initial investment cost is relatively large, the project is sustainable, maintenance costs are low and more importantly, it minimizes the risk of disease, limits the use of pesticides and can produce all year round, bringing high productivity and outstanding economic efficiency./.
