This is a special film project produced by Hanoi Radio and Television Station to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
"For the Love of Hanoi" is a series of stories about people deeply connected to the rhythm of life in the capital city as it develops and progresses. The project consists of 80 episodes divided into two parts: "The Secret Order of the Milk Flower" and "Hanoi in My Eyes." Each film explores a different theme but all express the deep and passionate love for the elegant land of Thang Long - Hanoi felt by people from all over the country who have gathered here.

"The Milk Flower Secret Order" is a story about the tireless struggle and silent sacrifices of police officers who are protecting the peace of the capital city day and night. The film is directed by Nguyen Tat Kien.
"Hanoi Through My Eyes," directed by Dao Thanh Hung, revolves around five young women from different backgrounds and professions, taking viewers on a journey through beautiful stories from their own studies, work, and contributions to building a civilized, dynamic, developed, and modern capital city.
According to Nguyen Kim Khiem, Director General and Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Radio and Television, the television drama project "For the Love of Hanoi" was launched with the desire to create truly outstanding television works that express attachment to and love for Hanoi, serving the entertainment needs of viewers in the capital and those interested in the cultural life of Hanoi.
The film project "For the Love of Hanoi" features the participation of many People's Artists, Meritorious Artists, and promising young talents. It is expected to air on Hanoi Radio and Television during prime time on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital.
