Mr. Dang Thanh Vu (residing in Trang Bang ward) owns a piece of land in Tan Ninh ward. Previously, he had to arrange his work and travel nearly 50km from Trang Bang to Tan Ninh ward to complete the land change registration procedure.
"Every time there is a matter related to land in Tan Ninh, I have to arrange my work and rent a car, which is very expensive. Sometimes, just to handle a small procedure, I have to go back and forth several times," said Mr. Vu. However, that is the story of the past. Since July 1, 2025, after merging administrative units and operating 2-level local governments, administrative procedures have been handled according to the principle of non-territoriality, creating more convenience for people. "When I heard about this new policy, I was very happy! Now, when I need to handle land procedures, I just need to go to the Trang Bang Ward Public Administration Service Center near where I live. Handling non-territoriality administrative procedures helps me save a lot of time and money," said Mr. Vu excitedly.
Mr. Dang Thanh Vu was guided by the staff of Trang Bang Ward Public Administration Service Center to submit the application.
Not only Mr. Vu, many other people also benefit from this innovation. At the My Loc Commune Public Administration Service Center, the process of receiving and processing documents is quick and convenient.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Phi came to submit his land application and was quickly received, checked, compared and entered into the common system by the staff. All data was transferred to the competent authority in the locality where the land is located for further processing. Mr. Phi will receive notification of the results via email or text message or go directly to the place where the application was submitted to receive the results.
"The staff gave enthusiastic instructions and importantly, I did not have to go to the locality where the land was located to submit my application. This helped me save a lot of time and travel expenses" - Mr. Phi expressed his satisfaction.
In particular, in localities with a concentration of many enterprises such as Ben Luc commune, decentralization and delegation of authority according to Decree No. 139/2025/ND-CP of the Government on regulations on the division of authority of local authorities at 2 levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade has created favorable conditions in solving issues related to production and business activities.
