Also at the event, for the first time, Saigontourist Group organized the "Green Cuisine" program at the corner of Le Loi - Nguyen Hue Street, called Vietnamese Cuisine Introduction Space. The program had the participation of 10 culinary brands of the group, including Rex Saigon Hotel, Majestic Saigon, Grand Saigon, Continental Saigon, Kim Do, Oscar, Thien Hong, Dong Khanh, Binh Quoi Tourist Village and STHC School.

Coming to the Vietnamese Cuisine Exhibition Space, visitors have the opportunity to explore and enjoy more than 150 diverse dishes and drinks, including vegetarian dishes. In particular, the Grand Saigon Hotel displays delicious Southeast dishes such as Tay Ninh salt and chili grilled chicken, corn sticky rice, herb grilled ribs, beef cake, vermicelli with catfish... Majestic Saigon serves vegetarian pia beef, mixed young jackfruit and fruit juices. Rex Saigon introduces pumpkin soup with chestnuts, fruit salad with sesame sauce, spring rolls as you wish, gold-plated mushroom potatoes, lucky ruby fried rice, pearl tofu.
In particular, Saigontourist Group also supports accommodation, banquet, catering, seminar and conference services at preferential prices for delegates coming to Ho Chi Minh City to attend the event.
