The exhibition booth is part of the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum 2023, taking place from September 13 to 17, in the Nguyen Hue pedestrian area, District 1.

Saigontourist Travel Service Company (Saigontourist Travel), Saigontourist Tourism and Hotel Vocational School (STHC), Rex Saigon, Grand Saigon, Majestic Saigon, New World Saigon, and Caravelle Saigon are the units participating in the Saigontourist Group's booth. Also at the event, Saigontourist Group organized its first "Green Cuisine" program at the corner of Le Loi and Nguyen Hue streets, under the name "Vietnamese Culinary Showcase Space". The program featured 10 culinary brands belonging to the group, including Rex Saigon Hotel, Majestic Saigon Hotel, Grand Saigon Hotel, Continental Saigon Hotel, Kim Do Hotel, Oscar Hotel, Thien Hong Hotel, Dong Khanh Hotel, Binh Quoi Tourist Village, and STHC School.

Over the course of the five-day event, artisans from various units of Saigontourist Group will take turns showcasing and displaying culinary creations, cocktails, traditional craft activities, folk games, and cultural performances.

At the Vietnamese Culinary Showcase, visitors have the opportunity to explore and enjoy over 150 diverse dishes and drinks, including vegetarian options. Among them, the Grand Saigon Hotel showcases delicacies from the Southeast region such as Tây Ninh chili-grilled chicken, corn sticky rice, herb-grilled ribs, rice cakes, and snakehead fish noodle soup. Majestic Saigon serves vegetarian beef pie, young jackfruit salad, and various fruit juices. Rex Saigon introduces dishes like pumpkin and chestnut soup, fruit salad with sesame dressing, spring rolls, golden-bag mushroom and potato, auspicious ruby fried rice, and pearl tofu.

In particular, Saigontourist Group also provides accommodation, catering, and conference services at preferential prices for delegates coming to Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the event.

"The Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum is a key annual international event for the city.
