The first step is to cook the white jelly. First, you need to prepare 40 grams of gelatin and soak it in 350 ml of filtered water for 15 minutes. Next, mix 500 ml of whipping cream with 440 ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 90 grams of sugar and cook over low heat, stirring until it boils.
Then, add the soaked gelatin into the above mixture, continue stirring until completely dissolved.
The second step is to prepare the lychee. Peel the lychee, remove the seeds, then arrange the lychee flesh neatly in a tray. Then pour the jelly mixture over the lychee, let it cool. Finally, put each tray of lychee jelly in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours to solidify. So we will have the finished product.
