How to cook spinach soup with minced meat
Wash the pork, drain, then chop or grind it. You should choose lean shoulder meat with a little fat, so that the meat will not be too dry or greasy when cooked.
Then, marinate the meat with some spices, wait about 10-15 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices and have a rich flavor.
Remove the leaves and stems from the Malabar spinach, wash it, then drain it.
Fry the shallots until fragrant, then add enough water for the whole family, season to taste.
Depending on each family's preference, people can stir-fry the spinach first, then add water and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, you start to knead the spinach and put it in the pot. Continue to boil for about 3-5 minutes until the spinach is soft, then turn off the heat.
Do not cover the pot after cooking. This will prevent the spinach from being overcooked and will retain its natural green color, making the soup delicious and aesthetically pleasing.
