Minimum wage levels in 34 provinces and cities effective from July 1, 2025.
The minimum wage in 34 provinces and cities after the administrative reorganization from July 1, 2025, is specifically stipulated in Decree 128/2025/ND-CP. Accordingly, the highest minimum wage is 4.96 million VND/month and the lowest is 3.45 million VND/month.
