On June 26, a working delegation from the General Department of Logistics and Technology (Ministry of National Defense) led by Major General Dinh Huy Chung, Deputy Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, inspected the results of the implementation of logistics and technical tasks after the reorganization of local military agencies at the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command.

The working delegation inspected the units under the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command . The inspection focused on the planning and rearrangement of barracks, the actual situation of barracks arrangement and use; the ability to meet the requirements of accommodation, living, working, and training after the merger; reviewing the system of canteens and kitchens for soldiers, production models; and adjustment plans suitable for the new organization and staffing.

The working delegation inspected the Defense Command of Region 5 - Quang Yen (Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command).

Check and evaluate the capacity to ensure military medical regimes, the capacity to coordinate with local health care in disease prevention and control, and natural disaster and catastrophe response. Check the current status of the warehouse system (logistics warehouse, ammunition warehouse), garages, stations and workshops; the status, quantity and quality of weapons, and the management of existing technical equipment; plans for arranging and transferring weapons and equipment between units to ensure suitability; the logistics and technical document system of local military agencies when organizing a 2-level local government apparatus.

Through the inspection, the results of the implementation of logistics and technical tasks after the reorganization of local military agencies when implementing 2-level local government at the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command were evaluated. After the inspection, the working group promptly learned from experience, overcame shortcomings and limitations to direct agencies and units to successfully complete assigned tasks.
