Up to now, Kien Hung ward has established a Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, administrative reform and built Project No. 06. In addition, the ward has also established 3 working groups to assist the Steering Committee, 1 Technology and Professional Response Team, and 36 Community Digital Transformation Teams with 227 members - the core force directly bringing digital platforms and digital technology closer to the people, helping people access and effectively use information technology applications, thereby promoting digital transformation in the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Manh Hai, Vice Chairman of Kien Hung Ward People's Committee, emphasized that the "Digital Education for All" movement and the 45-day and night campaign to support digital transformation will focus on popularizing basic knowledge about digital transformation, developing digital skills based on technology such as natural language processing for local people. The goal is to help people not only access but also effectively exploit the achievements of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
At the same time, the movement also requires improving the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, shortening processing time, ensuring transparency, convenience and friendliness in using public services, contributing to improving the satisfaction level of people and businesses, and at the same time linking with the operation of the two-level local government model.
The movement also aims to strongly promote non-cash payment activities, apply digital platforms to production and business, improve information security skills, and prevent risks in the online environment. In particular, artificial intelligence (AI) will be applied to support people and businesses as soon as they need to carry out administrative procedures, use online public services or find information related to local government activities.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Kien Hung Ward People's Council Nguyen Tien Quyet requested all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the area to proactively update their knowledge and skills on digital transformation, master the use of the "Party Member Handbook" software and strictly implement the collection and payment of party fees. Cadres and civil servants must also master the systems serving electronic administrative procedures, document management and evaluation of cadres, civil servants and public employees; people are encouraged to regularly use applications such as VNeID, iHanoi...
The ward also aims to increase the percentage of households with Internet connection to over 80%, while promoting forms of contribution to humanitarian and charitable funds through transfers and non-cash payment transactions.
Comrade Nguyen Tien Quyet added that in early October 2025, the ward will organize a preliminary summary of the campaign "45 days and nights of support for digital transformation activities". From now until then, community digital transformation teams will promote the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person", to ensure that all people have access to and use the utilities of digital transformation.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, Kien Hung ward also introduced to delegates a series of digital transformation applications that are being deployed such as the cybersecurity handbook, public services, the "Digital Education for the People" platform... These are important tools that contribute to accelerating the digital transformation process in the locality.
