Strengthening communication of unemployment insurance policies for workers

Since the beginning of 2025, Dak Lak Employment Service Center (under the Department of Home Affairs) has strengthened communication and dissemination of unemployment insurance policies, and at the same time implemented many activities to support unemployed workers in finding new jobs and stabilizing their lives soon.

Specifically, on August 21, the Employment Service Center   The province coordinated with the 19/8 Rubber Plantation to organize a conference to propagate unemployment insurance (UI) policies for 100 workers of the unit.

At the conference, officials from the Provincial Employment Service Center disseminated the core contents of the unemployment insurance policy, from the purpose, meaning, participants, principles, to related violations of the law. In addition, workers were also updated with the latest regulations according to current legal documents such as Decree 61/2020/ND-CP, Circular 15/2023/TT-BLDTBXH and Decision 17/2021/QD-TTg on vocational training support for unemployed workers.

At the same time, detailed instructions on how to apply for unemployment benefits through the National Public Service Portal will help workers easily access and carry out procedures in the most convenient way, contributing to raising awareness and helping workers be more proactive in protecting their legitimate rights.

In addition to propaganda, the Provincial Employment Service Center actively organizes job consultation and introduction sessions to create conditions for workers receiving unemployment benefits to soon find suitable jobs.

Through promoting propaganda, disseminating knowledge about unemployment insurance policies and supporting job search, the Center not only helps workers understand their rights but also creates conditions for unemployed workers to quickly return to the market, have income and stabilize their lives.
