- Comrade Le Trung Ho: Over the past 5 years, thoroughly grasping President Ho Chi Minh's ideology of the Youth Union and the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on youth work, the province has implemented many exciting, practical emulation movements that are suitable to the local reality. Despite being heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic fluctuations, the province's youth movements have been maintained strongly, innovated in both content and form, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee on Party building and rectification. Thereby, arousing the spirit of solidarity, creating a driving force to promote the entire Party, people and army in the province to strive to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals, ensure national defense and security, strengthen the great national unity bloc and build a strong political system.
Party committees and authorities at all levels have paid attention to leading and directing the organization of emulation movements launched by the Central Government, focusing on movements called for by the Prime Minister with many impressive results. The movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", the whole province has 69/85 communes recognized as meeting new rural standards. The movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" has many good models such as "Godmother", "Zero-dong store", "Self-cooking kitchen", "Dutiful children", "Comradely affection" ... contributing to reducing the multidimensional poverty rate of the province to 0.91%. The special emulation movement "The whole country unites, joins hands, and wholeheartedly competes to prevent, fight and defeat the COVID-19 pandemic", the Government awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 19 individuals. The emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" mobilized over 489 billion VND, building 9,082 houses.
The commendation work is carried out in an objective and democratic manner, praising the right people, the right achievements and according to the prescribed standards and conditions. The province focuses on increasing the commendation rate for farmers, workers, soldiers, direct laborers, ethnic minorities, good people, good deeds, and advanced models in emulation movements. Proactively promulgate programs, plans, and documents guiding emulation and commendation work suitable to the characteristics of all levels; creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to the completion of political tasks, socio-economic development, and maintaining national defense and security of agencies, units, and localities.

- Comrade Le Trung Ho: The period of 2025 - 2030 is the period when the province and the whole country continue to promote industrialization and modernization associated with digital transformation, knowledge-based economic development, green growth and sustainable development. The Youth Union movements continue to be a strong spiritual driving force, motivating the entire Party, people and army to strive to successfully complete socio-economic development goals, maintain national defense - security and social order and safety.
The emulation movements of the province need to closely follow the resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the socio-economic development targets, and the province's key programs. The emulation work needs to be strongly innovated in terms of content, form and organization method, ensuring substance, practicality, efficiency, avoiding ostentation and formality. Emulation must closely follow the core tasks, focus on the grassroots, take the results of task implementation and the effectiveness brought to the community as a measure. Discovering, honoring and replicating new factors, good people and good deeds will be the focus of the coming period, contributing to building a culture of emulation in the whole society, spreading the spirit of dedication, creativity and devotion to the community.
From the experience of directing, organizing the implementation of the Youth Union movement and commendation work, in recent years, the Provincial People's Committee has launched the Youth Union movement for the period 2025 - 2030, with the theme "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency".
