On the afternoon of November 5, the People's Committee of An Giang province held a meeting to approve the contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and submit them to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. The Department of Finance reported and approved the draft: Resolution of the Provincial People's Council adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 from the central budget and local budget sources in An Giang province; Resolution of the Provincial People's Council adjusting and supplementing the 2025 public investment plan from the central budget and local budget sources.

The meeting was connected online to the Provincial People's Council and communes, wards and special zones.

At the same time, report on the policy of advancing the budget to implement effective judgments in Phu Quoc special zone; report on the appraisal of the approval of the investment policy, and at the same time approve the investor to implement the project of exploiting and processing minerals at the limestone mines of Nha Vo and Ca Da mountains in To Chau ward, An Giang province of Huu Duong Company Limited; report on the appraisal of the adjustment of the Kien Giang Cement Grinding Plant Project, with a capacity of 1,450,000 tons of products/year of Ha Tien Kien Giang Cement Joint Stock Company.
