In recent years, Cam My Regional Medical Center has deployed many specialized techniques, including kidney dialysis, endoscopic surgery, remote consultation with Bach Mai Hospital, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for people. However, the unit is facing many difficulties such as: lack of doctors and nurses, degraded facilities, limited career income...

Cam My Regional Medical Center recommends that the Department of Health and the province continue to have policies to support medical human resources in the period of 2026-2030, add more staff, invest in equipment, and soon have instructions on the operating mechanism of medical stations.

Speaking at the meeting, Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen emphasized: The Department will coordinate to remove difficulties in equipment and support resources to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment and disease prevention and control in the area.

At the same time, it is required that: Cam My Regional Medical Center proactively attract and retain human resources, build a price list for medical examination and treatment services on demand to gradually move towards autonomy and improve income for medical staff. The Center needs to study the merger of Song Ray Regional General Clinic into Song Ray Medical Station to effectively utilize the facilities and human resources of these two units.
