On August 16, the leader of the Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station said that officers and soldiers in the unit had just coordinated to successfully provide first aid to a Chinese female citizen who was faint on Bac Luan 1 bridge while preparing to enter Vietnam.
Specifically, at around 10:30 a.m. on August 16, while entering Vietnam, a woman named Cen Shenfeng (born in 1957, Chinese nationality) fainted while moving to the Bac Luan 1 bridge area.
As soon as the incident was discovered, border guards from the Border Guard Station Mong Cai international border gate urgently provide first aid and coordinate with medical staff at the border gate to bring this person back to the country.
After receiving first aid, the Chinese female citizen regained consciousness and was handed over by authorities to Chinese medical and customs officials for further examination and health care.
