But with the spirit of solidarity, sharing, mutual love, resilience in the face of natural disasters and floods, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province have been joining hands, making efforts to overcome the severe consequences of natural disasters, soon stabilize people's lives and restore production and business ; Continue to strive and be determined to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2025 and concretize the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term .

Discussing at the Session, delegates said that it is necessary to clarify some contents on the necessity of amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 56/2024/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the percentage (%) to calculate land rental price, land rental price for underground construction, land rental price for land with water surface in the province in accordance with the policy of organizing 2-level local government and the practical situation in the locality; applicable subjects, based on the subsidy level, payment expenses for beneficiaries according to Resolution No. 07; the urgency of inter-regional and inter-commune traffic works that need to convert forest use purposes to ensure local economic and social development.
