The project "New Urban Area of Noi Hoang Ward" phase 1 is implemented by the joint venture of Vinaland Beautiful House Development Joint Stock Company and Sungrand Investment Joint Stock Company under Tuta Group (Bac Giang city). Accordingly, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Bac Giang Branch, will disburse a total loan of VND 1.8 trillion to the project investor in 5 years. The disbursement period starts from the third quarter of 2025.
The project “New Urban Area of Noi Hoang Ward” Phase 1 is a mixed-use urban area project deployed on an area of 90 hectares. This is a large-scale project in the province. The total investment capital of the project is about 3 trillion VND with nearly 3,300 real estate products serving residents and investors inside and outside the province.
Tuta Group is the investor of many real estate projects in the province. The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Bac Giang Branch, has provided credit to the Group to implement the New Urban Area project in the West of Voi town (Lang Giang); Ravatel Hotel...

The signing of a credit contract between the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Bac Giang Branch and the joint venture investor of the project "New Urban Area of Noi Hoang Ward" aims to improve the operational efficiency of the parties, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the locality.
It is known that up to now, the total outstanding debt of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Bac Giang Branch has reached more than 23 trillion VND; capital mobilization has reached nearly 15.4 trillion VND, with an average annual growth rate of 16.2%.
