Celebrating the 94th Anniversary of the Party Committee Office's Traditional Day (October 18, 1930)

BTO - President Ho Chi Minh once said: "Office work is of special importance, helping leaders grasp the situation. If office staff grasp the situation incorrectly, leaders will handle the work incorrectly." Therefore, at any stage, generations of cadres and employees of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Office have always demonstrated steadfast political will, absolute loyalty to the Party's revolutionary cause, dedication and creativity in work, striving to complete all assigned tasks well...

1. 94 years ago, along with the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Advisory and Support Department serving the Party's activities, first of all the activities serving the Conference to establish the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930) and the First Central Conference (October 1930) was formed. In fact, these were the activities of the Party Central Office. Therefore, on January 29, 2002, the Party Central Committee Secretariat issued Notice No. 43 deciding to take October 18, 1930 as the Party Central Office's Traditional Day, and also the traditional day of Party Committee offices at all levels. This is an important milestone, marking the birth, recognizing the great contributions and glorious traditions of the Party Committee Office system to the revolutionary cause of the nation under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The activities of the Party Committee Office are closely linked to the establishment and leadership of the Party through the revolutionary periods in the glorious struggle for national independence, freedom, national unification and the construction of socialism. It is a revolutionary cause full of sacrifices and hardships and has achieved victories of historical significance, of profound epochal significance, writing the most heroic and glorious pages in the history of the nation. Through their efforts, sacrifices, loyalty, dedication, dynamism, innovation, creativity and effective work, generations of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Central Office and Party Committee Offices at all levels have made worthy contributions to the great achievements of the country, the nation and our Party.

Along with the tradition of the Central Party Office, the tradition of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Office has made an important contribution to the history of the Provincial Party Committee. On January 18, 1992, the Thuan Hai Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No. 17 on directing the work of separating the province. Accordingly, the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Office officially came into operation on April 1, 1992. After more than 30 years of operation, the Provincial Party Committee Office has always received the attention and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, directly the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in performing assigned tasks. Generations of cadres and employees of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Office have always demonstrated steadfast political will, always wholeheartedly and absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party, not afraid of hardships and sacrifices, always dedicated and creative in their work; closely united, overcoming difficulties, completing well all assigned tasks, making important contributions to the cause of national liberation, national reunification and in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland today.

According to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, through the process of operation, the staff and employees of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Office have inherited and promoted the fine traditions of previous generations, striving to successfully complete the assigned tasks. They have proactively participated in helping the Provincial Party Committee prepare conditions and successfully organize the Provincial Party Congresses; coordinated with advisory agencies to help the Party Committee develop and effectively implement the Working Regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's entire-term Work Program, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection and Supervision Program, the Action Program to implement the Provincial Party Congress Resolution and the National Party Congress Resolution; advised the Party Committee to lead, direct, organize the study, dissemination, and development of plans and action programs to implement the Party's Resolutions and directives; organized preliminary and final summaries of directives and resolutions in accordance with regulations, ensuring practicality and effectiveness; Develop monthly work programs and prepare well the content of the working sessions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee with departments, branches, sectors, organizations and localities. Played well the role of a focal agency advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to handle daily work; coordinated and harmonized the activities of advisory agencies, serving the leadership and management of the Party Committee. ...

The Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office presented certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in performing tasks in 2023.

In recent years, especially since the 14th Provincial Party Congress, along with the comprehensive innovation of Party building and the political system, the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Provincial Party Committee Office have united, strived, and successfully completed assigned tasks; met the requirements of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee... In 2023 alone, the Provincial Party Committee Office successfully completed the key tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Focusing on coordinating and advising on the draft report on the implementation results of Conclusion No. 76 of the Politburo on the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th Binh Thuan Provincial Party Congress, term 2010 - 2015 and a number of policies for the development of Binh Thuan province until 2020; Issue action programs to implement the Resolutions of the 6th Central Conference (term XIII); review the thematic resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee. Regularly monitor and urge departments, branches and localities to report on the situation and results of implementing the directive documents of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; monitor and grasp information in a timely manner to serve the direction and administration of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee...

In the first half of 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office continued to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, shared responsibility, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully complete political tasks and emulation movements in the agency. Notably, political and ideological education for civil servants was carried out regularly and periodically every month. There were many efforts in consulting and serving. Administrative, management, document, archive, cryptography, and information technology activities were strengthened, ensuring smooth and timely operations. In addition, party finance, capital construction, and public asset procurement... were carried out in accordance with current procedures and regulations and achieved results. Coordination between departments and affiliated units in performing assigned tasks was more proactive and synchronous...

The 94th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's tradition day is an opportunity for each cadre, civil servant, and employee of the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue to cultivate, practice, and improve revolutionary ethics, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, be dedicated, and wholeheartedly devoted to work. Thereby, we are determined to excellently complete all tasks, contributing with the Party Committees at all levels to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and soon bring Binh Thuan to rapid and sustainable development.
