Handing over the retirement decision to Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution Pham Tuan Vu

On the morning of July 24, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Phan Tam chaired the ceremony to hand over the retirement decision to enjoy social insurance benefits to Mr. Pham Tuan Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 2163/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Pham Tuan Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution is retired to enjoy social insurance benefits from August 1, 2025.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Tuan Vu.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Pham Tuan Vu's efforts and contributions to the Department as well as the Publishing, Printing and Distribution industry.

According to Deputy Minister Phan Tam, throughout his career, in different positions, Mr. Pham Tuan Vu has always shown himself to be an enthusiastic and creative officer, completing his tasks well not only in his professional field but also in many other activities. Mr. Pham Tuan Vu is a person who loves his job, is enthusiastic, patient and persistent, and has made many important contributions to the development of the printing industry.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Deputy Director Pham Tuan Vu to the Publishing, Printing and Distribution industry.

Deputy Director Pham Tuan Vu is also a person with a simple lifestyle and a sense of responsibility, receiving recognition, high appreciation and trust from leaders as well as colleagues.

Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution Nguyen Nguyen said that Deputy Director Pham Tuan Vu is a well-trained officer, working from the grassroots level, having held many positions with different work experiences.

Therefore, during his time working at the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution, Mr. Pham Tuan Vu always showed himself to be a knowledgeable officer with deep understanding of his professional field. As Deputy Director of the Department, Mr. Pham Tuan Vu gave many instructions to create a change in the printing industry.

In particular, Deputy Director Pham Tuan Vu has made great contributions to the institution building work of the industry, helping the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution operate effectively, meeting the requirements of the leadership.
