On the morning of July 24, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Phan Tam chaired the ceremony to hand over the retirement decision to enjoy social insurance benefits to Mr. Pham Tuan Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 2163/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Pham Tuan Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution is retired to enjoy social insurance benefits from August 1, 2025.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Tuan Vu.
