Musician Hoang Van: A great musical talent

The UNESCO Certificate Award Ceremony recognizing the Collection of Musician Hoang Van as a World Documentary Heritage will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 24 at the Hoan Kiem Theater, on the occasion of the musician's 95th birthday.

Musician Hoang Van is one of the great names in Vietnamese music . He left behind more than 700 works of diverse forms, genres and formats: songs, choirs, film music, symphonies, instrumental music, children's music..., a rich heritage in which many works have become cultural symbols, accompanying the country.

In April 2025, his collection of works was recognized by UNESCO as a World Documentary Heritage.

The UNESCO Certificate Award Ceremony recognizing the Collection of Musician Hoang Van as a World Documentary Heritage will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025 at Ho Guom Theater, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the musician's birth.

A special art program called “For Ever After” will take place at 8:00 p.m. on July 24 and 25, 2025 at the Hoan Kiem Theater in Hanoi./ .
