Entrance exam for grade 10 high school in the 2025 - 2026 school year: Easy Literature exam

On the morning of June 5, 21,209 candidates completed the first exam - the Literature exam of the 10th grade High School Entrance Exam for the 2025-2026 school year.

Literature exam is in essay format with 120 minutes to complete; starting from 7:30 to 9:30.

Candidates check in to the exam room on the morning of June 5 at the Examination Council of Chu Van An High School, Buon Ma Thuot City.

The total number of candidates taking the Literature exam on the morning of June 5 was 21,209, reaching a rate of more than 95.74%, with 943 candidates absent.

According to the assessment of candidates and teachers, this year's Literature exam closely follows the sample exam structure previously issued by the Departmentof Education and Training; the writing part will differentiate candidates' abilities.

Candidates also assessed that the exam topic discussing cultivating gratitude was quite suitable for the age of 9th grade students, so many students would score 6-7 points.

Candidates completed the first exam on the morning of June 5 at the Examination Council of Buon Ma Thuot High School.

This year's exam has 22,152 candidates registered to take the exam at 53 public high schools across the province. The Department of Education and Training has coordinated with the provincial police to arrange forces to ensure security, order and safety during the exam, especially the stages of creating questions, printing, transporting questions and test papers, and grading.

The entrance exam for grade 10 of the 2025-2026 school year will take place on June 5 and 6. On the afternoon of June 5, candidates will take the Foreign Language test in the form of multiple choice questions (duration 60 minutes), starting at 2:00 p.m.

On the morning of June 6, candidates will take the Math exam in essay format (120 minutes), starting at 7:30.

On the afternoon of June 6, candidates took the specialized subject exam at Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted with a test time of 150 minutes, starting at 2:00 p.m.
