I really hope that this Provincial Party Congress will make important decisions, creating a favorable environment for Khanh Hoa youth to continue to practice, contribute, and affirm the pioneering role of youth. Especially in the current period, the young generation aspires to assert themselves in digital transformation. We hope that the congress will propose policies and orientations to support youth in studying, improving information technology skills, digital skills and applying artificial intelligence (AI) to keep up with the trend of the times; orienting youth to promote their youth, intelligence, and pioneering startups in the fields of digital economy , green economy, and energy transformation. In addition, the province should also expand dialogue channels, promote the role of youth in developing e-government, digital government, create conditions for youth to participate in social governance, serve the community; create conditions for youth organizations to continue to promote their bridging role, bringing digital transformation programs closer to youth.

The leaders will pay closer attention to social security work, especially for families of war invalids, martyrs, people with revolutionary contributions, and victims of Agent Orange; do a good job of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, especially in remote areas.
